As with most salad bars, you can get way way way more calories than you, especially from fatty salad dressings and cheeses.
Here are some some tips for cutting down on some of those calories.
1. Opt for the smaller container
2. Add your ingredients in the following order
- Spinach
- Mixed Salad
- Cumbers
- Carrots
- Tomatoes
- Diced chicken breast
- Olives if you so desire
- raisins / dried cranberries
- nuts
- vinegar
- finally put your salad dressing in a togo container
