Baja Cobb Salad. (See description below on menu) It comes light on the cheese, and very light on the salad dressing. As a side note the chicken is not diced as described in the menu, but thinnly sliced.
Overall it's not the best salad out there, but if your friends are looking for a hamburger joint and you are looking to get something light, then this place has something to offer you. They also have chicken sandwich, but to date I have not tried it. When I do, I'll give a summary.
I guess there are several Smash Burgers in the Houston area, but the one we went to is on Buffalo Speedway across the street from HEB.
